Folders
Compliance.ai’s Label feature helps you further enrich regulatory content by adding your own organization, group, or even individual tags to any document on the platform.
Any organization member other than Lite Users can add labels by using the “Add Label” function on the Details, Annotations, or Obligations tab related to any regulatory document.
Adding Labels to Documents or Annotations
To add an existing label to a document or annotation, simply select your preferred label. If you need to create a new label, type the label name and “Create”. If your Org Admin has established folders for your organization’s labels and you have access to multiple folders, you will also be asked to select the most appropriate folder for your new label. Choosing the right folder ensures that the group of organization members determined by your Org Admin will have access to your new label.
Adding a new label if you have access to multiple label folders
Once you or your colleagues have added labels, you can complete basic or advanced searches using the labels attribute.
Searching based on Labels
Try adding labels to track relationships to policies, key projects, or regulations and easily review and update using Manage Labels.
