New Features:

  • Task Audit Reports: You can now schedule Task Audit Reports to automatically receive them at specific intervals. Select your preferred report type, attributes, and schedule (daily, weekly, quarterly, or annual). Scheduled reports can be shared with others in your organization, edited, or canceled by deleting them.
  • Tasks: Added agency and jurisdiction to the task list view so you have a better overview of documents before you being your analysis.
  • Obligations: Concepts related to obligatory language are now displayed on obligations. These concept mappings are designed to help users quickly review and assess the relevance of specific obligatory language to their business.
  • Document Details: Added the ability to display both individual and entity respondents for the same document to ensure users have a comprehensive understanding of enforcement data related to a document.
  • Service Connectors: If you leverage service connectors for key processes, sign up for the new service connector email. The email provides a summary of tasks processed by the service connector and indicates whether a specific service connector run has been successful. Enroll to receive the service connector email for any service connectors you want to monitor on an ongoing, run by run basis by accessing Tasks & Processes > Service Connector and selecting “Turn on email alerts”.
